In a bid to further strengthen the security of lives and property of Lagos residents,  Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu today, inaugurated One hundred and twenty Patrol vehicles and thirty-five motorcycles as part of activities marking his one hundred days in office.

Governor Sanwo-Olu who handed over the vehicles to security operatives at the State House at Alausa, charged them to ensure that they effectively tackle the activities of criminals across the State.

The Governor who reiterated that Lagos will remain safe for residents and investors explained that for a state to attain greater height, it must be conducive for businesses to strive.

In a vote of thanks, the Permanent Secretary, Office of the Chief of Staff, Mr. Sewedo Whenu assured the Governor that the vehicles would be maximally utilised to curb hooliganism and other criminalities in the state to the barest minimal.

Dignitaries at the event included traditional rulers, different security operatives and government officials.
