The Executive Vice Chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Proffesor Umar Danbatta, has received a Special Recognition Award for his contribution to the growth of digital space in Nigeria.
Proffesor Danbatta was honoured in Lagos , at the 2020 GAGE Awards which celebrated excellence in areas of Entertainment, Information Communication Technology, Inspiration, Innovation and Business.
The Head of Information Technology, in NCC Mr Abraham Oshadami, who received the award on behalf of Professor Danbatta, said the Commission would continue to improve in all areas of its regulatory activities to sustain excellence.
